In October, 2012, Nature Home Store Inc was established at Alhambra, CA. At the beginning, we were a small company, only 2 employees, with a small office. 2 months later, our eBay store was opened. As the business grew, Amazon invited us to open an online store in the year 2014, and we became a small team with more members. Now we have stores on eBay, Amazon, Walmart and Wayfair, also our official site Naiture.com.
At first, we only had a US domestic supplier located in northern Kentucky, since more and more orders were placed by customers, we tried to select high grade overseas suppliers to give customers affordable heavy duty quality products. Our aim is Better Product, Better Life. By our teams' effort, our suppliers are now among the world in mainland China, Vietnam, India, Taiwan etc.
For better fulfillment experience, we opened a warehouse in Cincinnati, OH in 2021, it is a place that could cover 40% US continental areas and 60% population with 2 day shipping.
Meanwhile, our team comes to visit eBay, Amazon, and Google offices to communicate with their team members, and learn how to run our business better.
