We normally use USPS, UPS, Amazon Logistics and FedEx as our shipping carrier.

Your order will be shipped out in 2 business days after your order was placed, and once your order leaves our warehouse, a tracking number will be shown. Tracking numbers take one business day to be activated.

Generally we ship from Cincinnati, Ohio, sometimes ship from other warehouses in US.

Please note that because we make every effort to ship your product as quickly as possible, once the shipping process begins we are unable to make any changes to your order.

Ground shipping generally takes 3-5 business days for the package to be delivered (does not include processing time).
